Remote Medical Call Center Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with medically related inquiries
• Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients and provide accurate information about prescription benefits
• Document patient interactions and update records promptly and accurately while adhering to Federal Health Care Program guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience
• Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
• Must have a quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
