Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Medical Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with medical inquiries
• Work with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
• Document patient interactions and update records accurately

Required Qualifications

• Must have 1 or more years of recent call center experience
• Healthcare call center experience is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
• Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access is required
