Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative for a Medical Answering Service, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to service level agreements
- Understand caller needs and contact appropriate physicians to address inquiries
- Document caller information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Six months of call center or customer service experience is preferred
- Basic healthcare knowledge is preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
