Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to service level agreements

Required Qualifications

  • Six months of call center or customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic healthcare knowledge is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
