Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient support via phone

  • Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to federal guidelines
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
  • Must have a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet with a wired connection
