Job Summary
Social Detection, Inc. is a next generation cyber investigation company for insurers, employers, TPAs and legal industries. We are currently seeking an administrative professional to work with the Medical Canvass team to support investigations involving the potential discovery of insurance fraud. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing tech startups in Old City, Philadelphia. Position is partially remote but applicants must live in the area.
A typical day for the Medical Canvass Team includes researching subjects online for possible insurance fraud and speaking with medical facilities via phone to validate information and provide the most accurate reports for our clients. Opportunity to work in the Social Media Investigation Department.
Required Skills:
Associates degree preferred - High School Diploma/GED required
Strong phone skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to analyze and summarize documents in an organized report format
Ability to balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Deep understanding of social media networks
Interest in business or legal issues
Ability to conduct investigative research using online databases and public records resources
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Creative problem-solving skills
