Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Medical Care Management Associate in The Lakes Region Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying principle reason for admission, facility, and member product
• Being responsible for initial review and triage of Care Team tasks
• Screening patients using targeted intervention business rules and processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Some travel to the Louisville office may be required for meetings and training
• 2-4 years' experience as a medical assistant, office assistant
• Experience or detailed knowledge of the Foster Care and juvenile justice systems,
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Suite applications, including Word and Excel.
• Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency is required
