A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Medical Care Manager in Columbus.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing plans of care (individualized to each member)
- Performing assessments of the members
- Documenting findings, contacts, and progress
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Position would be remote until the Columbus, OH office is open again
- Candidate should be familiar with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Case manager, care manager, assesment experience
- Must have either a nursing license as a registered nurse or be a licensed Social Worker/Independent Social Worker with license active
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in Case Management
