Job Summary

A medical care company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Care Salesforce Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and improving the functionality of existing applications
  • Managing and driving development efforts to ensure compliance with business requirements
  • Engaging and aligning top talent through strong recruitment, mentoring, hands-on architectural leadership and career management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform with hands on development and design experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team of developers, administrators, and testers in delivering software development projects
  • 2+ years of experience in developing high performance websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, REST API
  • Experience working as Salesforce administrator
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Component
