Job Summary

A health benefits organization has an open position for a Remote Medical Case Manager in Claiborne and Union Counties.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serving as a liaison between members, providers and internal/external customers
• Overseeing highly complex case
• Coordinating health care delivery and benefits programs

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel in Claiborne and Union Counties, TN
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
• 3 years Clinical experience required
• 5 years Experience in the health care industry
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential or must obtain certification within 2 years of hire
• PC Skills required (Basic Microsoft Office and E-Mail)
