Job Summary

A healthcare risk management services company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Case Manager in San Diego County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring coordination of appropriate care to facilitate the rehabilitation of individuals injured on the job
  • Assessing and coordinating medical care related to Workers compensation injuries
  • Developing case management plan through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Reliable transportation and local travel required as well as a CDL and proof of insurance
  • 3-5 years clinical nursing experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a diploma/associates degree
  • Registered nurse with current unrestricted CA license
  • Strong technological, organizational, and documentation skills a must
