Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in scientific / healthcare discipline and 1-2 years experience OR
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ability to receive and document incoming calls, chats, faxes, and emails
- Ability to create adverse event and product quality complaint reports
- Ability to clarify, investigate and capture adverse event and product quality information
