Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Adhering to the company quality policy and promote customer service by supporting our clients
• Appropriately documenting all calls/interpretations
• Managing and troubleshooting basic and intermediate problems

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years of healthcare and contact center experience
• Experience managing and mentoring employees
• Superior customer service skills, excellent computer skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
• Broad knowledge of video interpreting
• Ability to apply the NCIHC Code of Ethics and the NCIHC Standards of Practice for interpreters
• Ability to motivate staff and improve on the company’s high standards
