Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Centralized Intake Clerk.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identifying key information within a request for medical records
• Verifying request is HIPAA compliant
• Accurately classifying the request and entering relevant information into Ciox systems

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
• Ability to successfully pass data entry skill assessments indicating ability to type 40 WPM
• Proven success in a time-sensitive, high volume production environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of focus, diligence and attention to detail during the data entry process
