Job Summary
An insurance agency has a current position open for a Remote Medical Claims Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Process an average of 5 to 7 claims per day
- Maintain a processing accuracy of 99% or better
- Determine the eligibility of assigned claim
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in either the first dollar payer (healthcare claims) or reinsurance industry
- Knowledge of regulatory/statutory guidelines including but not limited to, HIPPA, privacy, Affordable Health Care Act, etc
- High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
