Job Summary
A business process solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Claims Audit Coordinator II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses with Operations Areas as needed
- Answer any POD enquire via phone call and email within established TATs
- Review and process files received in exception folders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- 1 years' minimum experience working as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor in a managed care setting
- Able to make recommendations to improve and streamline processes to make more efficient
