Job Summary

A business process solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Claims Audit Coordinator II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate responses with Operations Areas as needed
  • Answer any POD enquire via phone call and email within established TATs
  • Review and process files received in exception folders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • 1 years' minimum experience working as a Claims Analyst or Claims Auditor in a managed care setting
  • Able to make recommendations to improve and streamline processes to make more efficient
