Job Summary
A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Claims Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls to care providers and minimal inbound calls
- Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues
- Contacting care providers (hospitals) on behalf of the customer to assist with claims-related issues or concerns
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Residing in the state of Colorado
- When at the office, ability to screen for symptoms using an approved symptom screener
- Having a dedicated remote work area
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
