Job Summary

A self-insured, non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Claims Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing operational and administrative oversight to the Claims Division
• Ensuring a competent and motivated staff
• Leading, managing and motivating staff to obtain performance levels

Qualifications Include:

• B.A. /B.S. in Business or related field of study or equivalent work experience
• 6-8 years of progressively responsible claims management experience
• 6 years of claims leadership experience and staff responsibility
• 4-6 years of operations management experience with respect to medical or dental claims processing
• Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a large claims organization
• Demonstrated experience working with process improvement methodologies
