Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Claims Manager.

Must be able to:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions across one or more business units
• Manage day to day site operations, leadership, and accountability for financial and non-financial results
• Provide oversight and authorization to ensure appropriate payment on claims occurs

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in claims adjudication or customer service
• 2+ years of managing relationships with clients and/or vendors
• 2+ years of managing budgets/expense control,  process improvement and quality assurance
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Must know how to create and modify spreadsheets Microsoft Excel
