Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Medical Claims National Programs Technical Assistant.

Must be able to:

  • Serve to assist the Service Representatives on multiple skills as a primary contact
  • Provide technical support to the reps and other personnel in FEP Customer Service
  • Take first-level escalation calls

Required Skills:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience/training and exceeding job performance standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Facets, Workbench, FEP Direct and other claims processing systems
  • Demonstrates analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FEP PIP quality and timeliness guidelines and standards
  • Knowledge of online inquiry systems on multiple systems and coding structures of files
