Job Summary

Experienced Claims Representatives will find a contract-to-hire opportunity as a Remote Manual Medical Claims Processor, responsible for manually processing patient claims, reviewing and resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Manually process medical and dental patient claims with accuracy and efficiency
• Review, analyze, and resolve claims using problem-solving skills
• Complete claims without reliance on automated systems, ensuring thorough understanding of manual adjudication

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of claims processing experience
• Experience with UB04 and HCFA forms, as well as medical and dental claims
• Ability to pass assessments for alphanumeric data entry and internet speed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must have own computer equipment to start the role
