Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Claims Service Representative II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing more complex accounts, files appropriate claims, and provides follow-up on claims
• Contacting patients and insurance companies to identify barriers in getting more complex claims paid
• Providing research on more complex bill disputes, handling adjustments and following up on outstanding claims

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two years experience in billing and third party payer follow-up experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong telephone, communication and diplomacy skills
• Personal computer skills for the purpose of accessing information on the internet and other applications to obtain information
