Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Client Support Process Improvement Leader.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing Incident and Problem Management programs with the aim of realizing reduced inputs
  • Generating insights on problem trends and input reduction progress
  • Developing processes and documentation around best-in-class issue handling

Required Skills:

  • BA or equivalent work experience         
  • 10+ years of Clinical Healthcare IT experience  
  • Lean Six Sigma Expertise         
  • Maintains ability for process improvement, with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use Lean concepts to drive system waste reduction
