Job Summary

A business development company is in need of a Remote Medical Coder.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for assignment of accurate codes and modifiers
• Identifying and abstracting information from medical records
• Working within various client systems

Qualifications Include:

• Client site work
• Excellent computer/communication skills for provider and staff interactions
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and disease process
• Current AAPC or AHIMA coding certification required
• Must be accredited by an accrediting institution
• A minimum of three years' experience
