Job Summary
A pharmaceutical research and consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Medical Coder.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing and evaluating clinical data terminology for coding purposes
- Recognizing and initiating resolution of data inconsistencies with subsequent follow-up until satisfactory resolution
- Ensuring medical accuracy, consistency and integrity of the dictionary system
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors of Nursing or Science, Bachelors of the Arts or 5 years Clinical experience
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in Data Management
- Knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
- Knowledge of medical terminology with emphasis on anatomy and physiology
