Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Coding Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide coaching and assist coding associates with coding questions
  • Support the coding and CDI staff in Cerner and OPTUM CAC
  • Be the subject matter expert on ICD-10-CM & PCS

Position Requirements Include:

  • Remote Position after 2 weeks
  • RHIA or RHIT required
  • Associates Degree in HIM required
  • Possess understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools
  • Advances skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
