A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Medical Coding Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Planning and managing the activities, budget, and employees for multiple facilities
• Assuring timely and accurate coding
• Assuring validation processes

Required Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Associate’s Degree or five years’ experience in a medical record setting
• RHIT, CPC, CCS, CEMC, etc. if no Associate's Degree
• Five years’ experience in medical record setting
• Three years coding, encoder, grouper, abstracting, registration and bill systems experience
• Excellent computer skills
