Job Summary
A developer of payment processing products is filling a position for a Remote Medical Coding Policy Content Analyst II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping create and maintain clinical coding edits.
- Writing business logic for new rules and enhancements
- Performing multi-faceted analytics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Active license as a Registered Nurse, BSPharm, PharmD, Bachelor’s, or MBBS or higher
- RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-P, or CCS-P preferred or willing to pass certification exam
- 5 years of experience in a clinical setting as a nurse, pharmacist, or physician
- OR minimum of 6 years of clinical coding experience
- Ability to analyze complex data and synthesize it
- 3 years of experience in internet-based research as it relates to codes
