Job Summary
A speech recognition application developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Coding Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Interview candidates to confirm candidate match with requirements
- Research and source qualified candidates in target markets
- Managerelationships with hiring managers and candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Project management, writing, and excellent oral communication skills are required
- 1 yr experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry is required
- 2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
