A developer of speech recognition applications is seeking a Remote Medical Coding Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Research and source qualified candidates in target markets
• Interview candidates to confirm candidate match with requirements
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment
• 1 year experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry
• Knowledge and past use of automated applicant tracking systems
• Project management, writing, and excellent oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
