A developer of speech recognition applications is seeking a Remote Medical Coding Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research and source qualified candidates in target markets
- Interview candidates to confirm candidate match with requirements
- Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment
- 1 year experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry
- Knowledge and past use of automated applicant tracking systems
- Project management, writing, and excellent oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
