A developer of speech recognition applications is seeking a Remote Medical Coding Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Research and source qualified candidates in target markets
Interview candidates to confirm candidate match with requirements
Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Skills and Requirements Include:

2 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume recruiting environment
1 year experience recruiting within the Medical Coding and Health Information industry
Knowledge and past use of automated applicant tracking systems
Project management, writing, and excellent oral communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
