Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Medical Coding Services Team Leader in Brentwood.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of up to 12 remote coders for assigned coding projects and campaigns
- Build a collaborative and supportive working environment
- Monitor and maintain assigned coders’ daily trackers and weekly schedules
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar leadership role
- 3+ years recent coding experience with at least 1 of those years in Risk Adjustment coding
- Current core coding credential through AHIMA or AAPC AND AAPC CRC
- Strong Project Management competencies and experience
- Risk Adjustment experience
- Strong organizational skills
