Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is seeking a Remote Medical Coding Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting the manager/director in supervising a rapidly growing remote coding group
• Performing auditing functions
• Serving as direct and primary contact to the hospitals to provide coverage

Qualifications Include:

• May require onsite training in rare situation
• 3+ years of recent inpatient coding experience
• 2+ years of outpatient coding experience
• Demonstrate competency in use of EMR and Encoder software
• RHIA, RHIT, CPC, or CCS
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
