Job Summary
A home health, personal, and hospice care provider is seeking a Remote Medical Coding Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Maintain subject matter expert knowledge of OASIS and coding guidelines
- Ensure that coordination of support for assigned locations is provided following set guidelines
- Monitor licensure and certification requirement status of direct reports
Qualifications Include:
- Minimal degree of travel
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in current state
- Recent one (1+) year home care management experience with clinical focus
- One (1+) year of supervisory/team lead experience
- ICD-10 certification (HCS-D or BCHH-C), and OASIS certification (COS-C or HCS-O)
- Strong telecommunication skills
