Job Summary

A digital health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Credentialing Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the credentialing point of contact for providers as they move through the onboarding process
• Proactively outreach to obtain the necessary documents, updates and actions from providers
• Reduce the time it takes to get a provider through the credentialing process

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience updating CAQH profiles or previous administrative experience in a healthcare environment
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks at once
• Ability to communicate effectively with providers and guide them through the process
• Experience working as a liaison between customers and partners
• Working knowledge of credentialing functions and how they all work together
