Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Placing phone and mail orders via OTC website
- Assisting members with all aspects of the OTC benefit
- Responding to routine and some non-routine, more complex customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year Customer Service or related role
- Strong technical/computer skills
