Job Summary

Providing high-quality service to customers, the full-time Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, delivering accurate and timely information
  • Clarify and resolve customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
  • Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain detailed records
Required qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
  • Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred
