Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for patients while working remotely in a performance-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate and timely information
- Identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively, escalating complex concerns as necessary
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, adhering to quality standards and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
- Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred
