Job Summary
To support quality healthcare services, the full-time Remote Medical Customer Service Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information
- Clarifies and resolves customer issues by identifying needs and implementing effective solutions
- Documents all interactions in the CRM system and adheres to quality standards and key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or help desk environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools preferred
- Associate Degree or some college coursework in a related field preferred
