Remote Medical Customer Success Director

Job Summary

A company that provides a mental health membership service has a current position open for a Remote Medical Customer Success Director.

Must be able to:

• Build a world-class consultative customer success team
• Design and rollout Real’s customer success discipline, establishing a playbook and best practices
• Establish onboarding process and practice

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 years in customer success, at least two team members
• Passionate about customer service and experience
• Independent self-starter
• Experience establishing and managing Customer Success and Implementation systems, best practices, KPIs, and playbooks
• Familiarity with sales tech stack systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
