Job Summary
A behavioral health company is seeking a Remote Medical Customer Support Senior Strategy and Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define KRs and KPIs, set performance goals, and forecast metrics for your Support surface areas
- Report and weekly metrics, trends, and trend breaks
- Work with our outsourced vendors to improve their performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in management consulting and/or equivalent strategy and operations
- Experience refining processes within customer service organizations
- Ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, structured insights
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and data to an audience with varying levels of familiarity
- Track record of leading major projects
- Strong executive presence, particularly in dealing with customer-facing situations
