A employment agency is seeking a Remote Medical Data Entry Clerk in the Gaithersburg Area.

Must be able to:

• Use a computer to enter and validate accurate patient demographics, physician data, tests requested,
• Identify missing or incorrect information received from clients and work to resolve discrepancies

Required Skills:

• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with a high accuracy rate.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
• Ability to decipher various forms of handwriting
• Excellent skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, and spelling
• Adheres to safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Must have to the ability learn and understand complex relationship between test(s) ordered and specimen(s) received
