Key Responsibilities

• Manage appeals and denials staff to ensure proper reimbursement and maximize cash flow
• Monitor collection of appealed accounts and identify trends in denials to prevent losses
• Collaborate with other department managers to identify training needs and ensure employee productivity meets standards

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 3-6 years of previous experience in healthcare business office practices required
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience required
