Job Summary
A management consulting firm is seeking a Remote Medical Device Customer Service Engineer in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research, escalate, or resolve issues in collaboration with Palo Alto Zingbox SMEs
- Possess an understanding of the as-is architecture of all systems in the program
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years’ relevant experience as a production support for large systems
- 1 years’ experience with Palo Alto Networks Platform Approach and Zingbox experience
- 1 years’ experience with supporting Internet of Medical Things Medical Devices
- Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
