Job Summary

A management consulting firm is seeking a Remote Medical Device Customer Service Engineer in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Research, escalate, or resolve issues in collaboration with Palo Alto Zingbox SMEs
  • Possess an understanding of the as-is architecture of all systems in the program
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2 years’ relevant experience as a production support for large systems
  • 1 years’ experience with Palo Alto Networks Platform Approach and Zingbox experience
  • 1 years’ experience with supporting Internet of Medical Things Medical Devices
  • Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
