Job Summary

A legal staffing agency is seeking a Remote Medical Device Regulation Paralegal.

Must be able to:

• Review promotional and advertising labeling
• Spot FTC and FDA-related issues
• Conduct legal research related to medical device regulations

Required Skills:

• Possess a strong understanding of medical device regulations
• Work experience in the fields of orthopedics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Have a paralegal certificate or associate's degree in paralegal studies is preferred
• Have experience in medical device regulation is preferred
