Remote Medical Device Safety Specialist Patient Safety and Clinical Risk Registered Nurse

Job Summary

An integrated healthcare services and products company is seeking a Remote Medical Device Safety Specialist Patient Safety and Clinical Risk Registered Nurse.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Evaluate post-market events to identify a potential safety issue
• Escalate newly identified potential safety issues for further investigation
• Participate in Quality Review Board, when appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of clinical nursing involving direct patient care
• Knowledge of quality improvement and patient safety across the care continuum
• Active RN license required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform comprehensive literature reviews
