Job Summary
A medical equipment company is in need of a Remote Medical Device Sales Trainer in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintains updated records of training material, curricula and budget
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve training
- Works with RDM Regional Sales Managers to identify training needs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel as required (~25% time)
- Experience successfully developing talent and coaching
- Ability to manage a full training cycle
- Must be a self-starter and deliver results with limited oversight
- 5+ years Medical Device/HME sales experience with commercial training experience, required
