Job Summary

A medical device development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Device Sales Training Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate (ADDIE) sales training programs and materials
  • Work with cross-functional departments when onboarding new-hires
  • Manage the Certified Regional Training Program, as an extension of Sales Training

Position Requirements Include:

  • The ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%;
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sales representative industry required
  • Medical device sales experience including experience selling or training complex biologic products
  • Proven understanding of selling skills and disease state knowledge
  • Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles
