Job Summary
A medical device development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Medical Device Sales Training Manager.
Must be able to:
- Analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate (ADDIE) sales training programs and materials
- Work with cross-functional departments when onboarding new-hires
- Manage the Certified Regional Training Program, as an extension of Sales Training
Position Requirements Include:
- The ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 50%;
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device/pharmaceutical sales representative industry required
- Medical device sales experience including experience selling or training complex biologic products
- Proven understanding of selling skills and disease state knowledge
- Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles
