Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Medical Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing virtual direct patient care for substance use
- Ensuring medical care and documentation are in compliance with all laws and regulations
- Collaborating with teams in order to improve outcomes and deliver the best experience for members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- MD or DO
- 2+ years of clinical experience working with persons with SUDs
- Experience with technologies such as google docs, google sheets, and video conferencing tools
- Sensitivity to member needs and the ability to build trust with members
- Ability to support development of clinical guidelines and continuous improvement
- Ability to join daily/weekly stand-ups and planning calls with your team
