Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director in Radiation Oncology for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete evidence-based medical case reviews for patient care
• Conduct physician consultation calls to discuss medical necessity
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure proper patient care

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with active U.S. state medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
• 5 years of clinical experience post residency/fellowship
• Familiarity with state and federal laws and accreditation standards
• Ability to commit to a set weekly work schedule
• Strong computer skills and ability to work autonomously with systems
