A healthcare research company is filling a position for a Remote Medical Director Team Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing, driving, and maintaining integrated project plans, and timelines per project strategy
• Planning and managing the project scope, schedule, and budget to fulfill objectives
• Identifying and anticipating project risks and opportunities, resource constraints, and conflicts

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• 5-7+ years operations management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
• PMP certification is highly desired
• Prior small biotech/startup experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skill
• Experience with project software and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is required
