Remote Medical Eligibility Representative

Job Summary

A residential care agency is filling a position for a Remote Medical Eligibility Representative.

Must be able to:

• Manage client profile activation process for all branches
• Confirm patient eligibility for Medicaid reimbursement
• Enter authorizations and expiration dates of the authorizations for new clients

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 years’ experience of data entry, record keeping or similar experience in healthcare
• Knowledge of Medicaid/ Managed Care Organization (MCO), state eligibility verification
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel)
